How will I know when you are coming?
You can view our scheduled visit dates and any changes we may make due to weather with our online client hub portal we will send you upon sign up!
What if I have pets?
If you have pets, please keep them indoors while we provide service. Your scheduled service dates are available online. For lawn season, please clean up any pet waste, and during both winter and summer, ensure gates are securely locked after our visit.
Are there any additional fees?
The only additional charges may apply on the first visit.
- Lawn Season: There is an extra charge for mowing if the grass is over 6 inches tall. However, we try to avoid this fee whenever possible. If the grass is taller than 6 inches but does not clog the mower and the service takes the usual amount of time, no extra charge will be applied.
- Winter Season: If you sign up after the season starts and there is already accumulated snow on the property, an additional charge may apply on the first visit—but only if the snow is packed or icy and requires extra time to clear. If the conditions are similar to a regular visit, no extra charges will be applied.
